In my own opinion. This should have been the the case. Well thought out. I don’t see the reason why they should still have the one customer bank tagline. They already lost it. That is their brand essence and brand recognition. They should have really continue to tell us they are really “One customer bank" because at this juncture, it’s all confusing.
